She oversees the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program for all business aspects. Mindy has successfully managed and grown BEC since its inception in 2015. She has over 10 years of experience in directing and managing large projects for a wide array of clients.

Sarah is a geographical information (GIS) specialist with over 12 years experience in the GIS industry. She is specialized in all areas of GIS, and has vast experience in using GIS to support environmental projects.
We strive to bring the latest innovations and problem solving techniques to all of our project undertakings. This approach leads to smart and cost effective client solutions.

BEC firmly believes in the concept of local resources and small business opportunities. Where possible, BEC selects small companies that are owned by or employ minority groups and which are local to Albuquerque and New Mexico.

James Glover
Project Manager/Environmental Scientist

James has an MSc in Water and Environmental Management and over 16 years of experience conducting and leading field programs which include: Military Munitions Response Program projects, soil and groundwater investigations, and extensive environmental and remediation based activities. He has a multi-faceted background in environmental compliance, water resource assessments, asset management, project organization, and project management.

BEC is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). We maintain an explosives possessor license for the ability to procure and demilitarize munition items. Our in-house UXO technician staff have many years experience in handling munitions and explosives of concern (MEC).
